Digital Dental Planning Consultants (DDPC), in providing the services described above (the “Services”), relies on data provided to it by its clients. The client is solely responsible for the correctness, completeness, and adequacy of all data provided to DDPC in connection with the provision of the Services. The Services provided by DDPC supplement, but are not a replacement for, the evaluation and assessment of the client’s individual case by an appropriate dental specialist. Additionally, the client is responsible for the diagnosis of pathology in connection with the provided CBCT data. DDPC disclaims any liability, expressed or implied, and bears no responsibility for, any direct, indirect, punitive, or other damages related in any way to the correctness, completeness, or adequacy of the data provided by the client to DDPC in connection with DDPC’s provision of the Services, or related in any way to the client’s incorrect diagnosis of pathology in connection with the provided CBCT data. Further, DDPC disclaims any liability for damages in connection with or arising out of the usage by DDPC of third-party manufacturing products.
